SC-OT13 PREVIEWS ARE HERE!!!

Boy have we been busy at SupremeBystandr (or ‘Bystanderrrrr, as one reader said)!!  The semester is in full swing.  Students, profs, and other bystanders are geared up and ready for the first day the Court hears oral arguments this term (next week).  And it’s been such slow news cycle what with Syria and a government shutdown – it’s about time the Court returned to work! Watching Congress battle over the budget crisis and government shutdown has been as relaxing and enjoyable as this:

The hard work of an "essential" government employee. Well done Rep. George Holding (R-NC).

If you’re like us, you’d much rather distract yourself by sitting back and letting Tom Goldstein, Don Verrilli, and Jess Bravin (aka “Essentials”) highlight the cases they’re watching (or arguing) this term.  Please enjoy!  More posts and podcasts to come.

[OT12 Review goes until 46:18; OT13 Preview begins right after]
